Occupancy and pet requirements:
The house may be leased to no more than three adults, all three adults must be listed on the lease. No more than four individuals total, including minors.
Pets are allowed, but limited to one dog and two cats. Dog must be kept on leash at all times when outdoors. Dog may be tied out for no more than thirty minutes at a time.
Neighborhood:
Quiet, walkable neighborhood on moderately traveled street. Located eight miles from Geisinger Hospital and three miles from Northumberland.
Shikellamy High School in Sunbury and Middle School in Northumberland and Priestly Elementary in Northumberland. Bused to all schools.
Tenant requirements:
Twelve month initial lease, reduced to month-to-month with thirty days notice. Verifiable income for employed adults. Total income must exceed $3200/month. Background and credit checks will be conducted. No prior unsatisfied evictions. First time renters and low credit scores will be considered. Criminal background must be free of violent offenses.
Rent and Security Deposits:
$1350 per month. $50 discount for tenant maintenance of lawn and property.
One month security deposit and first month’s rent due at signing.
$200 additional deposit for any pets.
Renters are required to have renter’s insurance (usually about $15/month)
